It is submitted that I was student of BLIS bearing enrollment no 061656712. I have completed my all subjects by DEC 2009, but till the day I havenot received my grade card/ degree till date. The grade card shown as incomplete on the IGNOU Site. BLS 03P is shown as incomplete due to non mentioned of assignment marks of the same subject. I have contacted with concerned dealing clk many a times since dec 2009, but all in vain she told me that the internal marks for BLS 03P are not received then concerned dealing clk of regional centre has sent the required internal marks of BLS 03P during 2008.
2. On reviewing of my grade card status it is known that the status of my grade card is still the same. Then again with the problem I contacted dealing clk personally at her office but there was no result shown till date( I also contacted with Mrs Mishra and IGNOU Delhi many many times through phone).
3. Please do something in this regard I shall remain thankful to you for ever for this act of kindness.
