hello!!
on 28june2012 in the morning around 9 i made attempt to withdraw rs.500 via ATM OF PNB twice..BUT i did not received the money , not even once as the atm was not responding to this command.so i pressed the cancellation button and moved out.but after some time i got a message that 1000 rs. had been withdraw from my account. so i immediately filed a complaint through comp. no. 58018004 in the customer care center of pnb ATM . through this complaint i have received 500 back but still another 500 is left. for this i have called the customer care center of pnb ATM many times but they did no gave any positive response . they told me to call on the another helpline no. and to e-mail on the helpline id. but no one receives the no. that they gave and also i have not received any reply of the e-mail that i send to them…and now they are saying that they have rejected my complaint also…so i request you to look into the matter and plz give a positive response….
