Non receipt of bill since installation of connection since Nov. 2015.

BP No. 1000188753. Despite making repeated complaint with customer care, not in receipt correct bill as per reading as on 30.09.2018 I.e. 367.755, whereas received estimated invoice with dial reading as 517.527, which is nonsense. Requested again on customer care, and sent snap of meter. And also mentioned reading separately, but again advised to send clear snap. Needs intervention of a responsible authority. Regards.
