Non Receipt of Article Posted

Name of company/service: INDIAN POST OFFICE

This is Rajender Mittal From Fatehabad (Haryana). I have posted an article through speed post from INDIAN POST OFFICE,FATEHABAD to KARWAR (KARNATAKA) on 07.06.2012 with receipt no. EH391772725I. But the article havn’t received till now. I had made complaint to the post office department but no satisfactory reply come from their side. All complains made now been closed without any reply. Now i want the refund for the loss i have to occured due to mis place of my artice worth Rs. 5000/-.
Kidly accept my complaints and take required steps.
