non receipt of activa against payment of advance money & also bounce of cheque

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: mumbai&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: honda om sai auto world</p>I had booked activa 1 year agon against payment of advance money 1000 followed with full payment of Rs.56000 but have not yet received delivery of my activa yet.Also, they gave my payment back but the cheque that they gave me bounced.
