Non receipt of item

I have purchased card from groupon india website on 05.02.15.After purchasing the deal they sent me a voucher in which it was written that the photos and messages are to be sent on or before 08.02.15 for the card to be delivered by 14.02.15.
So i have sent the photos and messages required to print on the card on 08.02.15.through email.Immediately i received a confirmation email from a third party named Creative Wonderland on whom GROUPON INDIA has sublet the job.In the mail it was written that we will receive the card by 14.02.15.
Since i was not getting any communication from third party or groupon india,i called several times groupon for giving me the delivery date.Everytime groupon created a foolish ticket number without replying my question.Finally they said to send a email to third party to know the despatch details.So i sent the email but did not receive any reply.
Till date i have not received the card and i have lost the occassion this year.Now even if they deliver the card it will not be of no use to me.
It is that i have lost my money but more important that i have lost the occassion.Who will pay for that?Request to kindly look into the matter
