Non receipt if items as promised

I had given some designer blouses for stitching in kalamandir..tailoring shop opposite KFC, jay nagar 4th block. After a period of 1 month, when they finally said they were ready..I found that none of them were stitched properly or designed in the way they said. First of all they charge the highest for a basic stitching (Rs 650) three times more than others and after that such mishap. I had travelled all the way from Marathahalli to receive them and those were not at all stitched properly. Finally they said they will do home delivery but no one turned up , not even called.The delivery for my designer blouses order no. 117,worth Rs 3250 is still pending.
