Non- provision of required services after making payment

I am a subscriber of Tata Sky. My subscriber ID is 1088281371. On 31st March, 2015, I paid them online Rs. 4,548/- towards half yearly renewal of my subscription. As informed to me by Tata Sky Associate, the split up of the amount is like (1) Rs. 2,665/- towards renewal of Grand Sport Package for 6 months, (2) Rs. 1,133/- towards renewal of Multi TV subscription for 6 months and (3) Rs. 750/- towards HD (High Definition) channels subscription renewal. My subscription should be valid till 30th September, 2015. But Tata Sky disconnected my HD Channel facility w.e.f. 15th June, 2015. Upon enquriy, I was told that my payment of Rs. 750/- is exhausted and I’ll have make fresh payment towards renewal of HD Channel services. The payment of Rs. 750/- was appropriated by them towards some other service which I neither asked them to provide nor I utilised the same during tenure of my subscription. After requesting them to restore my HD Channel facility, they refused to do so without getting further payment and they also refused to give me refund amount for the unutilised period of service / facility.
I request you to look into the matter and help / guide me to get the required services from the Service Provider (Tata Sky) for which I have already made a payment to them.
