Name of company/service: Avon corporation Ltd.
I am a frustrated employee of Avon Corporation Ltd. We have not been given our salaries since the last two months. Its almost the end of August, and we have not yet got the salaries for the month of June, July.
It is so shocking to learn that these people are deducting the PF and medical from our CTC, however, the relvant amount is no where getting deposited. It is the biggest fraud company I have come across in my life.
The company promises us lots of things, but never keep up to there promises. The management never thinks of employee benefit. All of them are mean. Sucking blood of poor people.
The company is always ready and interested in making the deductions from our salaries. If you do not attend the picnic, they make double deductions, make deductions on silly thing like grooming. When you are not paying us the salary, where will we get the money to make ourselves groomed????????????
