Non payment of refund and interest on deposits

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Guwahati, Assam&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Saradha realty India Ltd</p>Saradha group is same like other chit fund companies . In assam it’s not paying the MIS cheques since 2 months even they are not paying the refund amount. They give us several dates but when we reach their office they will say that the company has not done any business or they will give us another date saying the company is going to start a new business from next month and everything will be fine after that and these days they are saying that their head offcie is not transferring any amount to paying off the refunds. These are all stupid excuses made by saradha group. Even many cheques paid by saradha group got bounced. These company is going to flee like other chit fund companies. All the customers and agents should lodge complaint against this company in police station otherwise we will be left with nothing.
