Name of company/service: RAMEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED

Mr. Rameswar Podder-Managing Director & Sukanta Deb – Director & Partha Das-Director of Ramel Group of Industries. They are raising money from the market and Mr. Rameswar Podder-Managing Director unable to return the Maturity & Pre-Maturity as per declaration. Mr. Rameswar Podder-Managing Director of the Company said a channel in May 2013 that all liabilities clear within 100 days from the date of today declaration. As per their instruction we deposit Original FD certificate and Original Recurring deposit Book both for getting Maturity & Pre-Maturity. They issue the Deposit slip against deposit of the paper. Every day they said today & tomorrow to give the payment but till date not a single payment get in Birati Branch Near Birati Rail Station Opposite of Bindu Basini Nursing Home. We are suffer very much. SIR PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. THE MOBILE NO. OF Partha Das-Director (9830202900). Now the Management said First they Paid the Maturity & and then Pre-Maturity. As per the Management instruction we deposit the maturity & also Pre-Maturity. Now when the payment start we deposit the slip and the management decided release the payment Maturity OR Pre-Maturity.They are playing different types of Game.The management said last of August 2013 they start the payment & The D.O. at Birati Branch Mr. Avijit (Mobile no. 9331542333) said 1st day of September, 2013.Sir, they are all planed something wrong.I am getting nearly 3,75,000.00

    Dear sir,
    i am an agent of the ramel industries ltd.(Tinsukia Branch).i hve not yet get my and my customers payment which was being matured on june.july.august,2013.they were blaming like anything from last 3-4 month but now d branch completely closed.the managers and the administrative guys run away.so my request to u that please take d immediate action to this cheat fund company and help to release d money which is tightly earn by us.If d action will not take d company again do d same policy of cheating indian public by taking another name.this is also a part of corruption of money which is being done from last decades.i hope so u will give a strict result on my complain

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I was an agent of Ramel Industries Ltd. Which is a finance company worked as a concept of Sahara India Pariwar and collect money from customers by RD&FD account. I opened about 20 Account of Rs. 300-1500 & some FD and also make some other agents to work like a networking company. After one year at the time of Maturity of fund, when I claim for maturity amount, they said that company has been closed then in a few days or branch office was also closed. After some enquiry, we found that our seniors/managers who manages all activities cheat us & ran away. We have all receipts of account. Before joining, I also enquired & collect some information about its registration no. & authority letter issued by Govt. of India.

    Sir, my name is khokan chandra das, i had invested an amount of Rs 2.00 lacs which was matured on 2015. But till date neither refund the money nor any communication from the company or board of director.
    Now, the time limit is over either money to be returned or the directors who are responsible to be handed over to the public or investor to recover the amount .
    They should not cheat the poor peoples money ( hard earned ) . I need the immediate resolution on this issue .
