Non Payment of Full and final settle ment And relocation expenses

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was working in 3i Infotech fro 09 July 2012 till 25th September 2012 and during this period i was sent to Hyderabad for a period of one month (In Intial offer i have to join in Hyderabad but on exception was told to join in bangalore)for which travelling expenses and intial of hotel stay till the time i search for accomodation are not paid. I resigned on 25th September 2012 but still i have not received my dues although payment cycle in company is 26th to 25th my payment was not released and i am following up with HR but they are not reverting to the issues than they are just passing the buck to one another. Request you to please look into this and provide the solution
