I am a real estate consultant/agent/broker from Hyderabad. Recently I got a client for Mr. Pankaj Goel, Managing Director of M/S. Pankaj Polymers Ltd, to sell his property in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, for Rs.3 Crores. As per our verbal agreement and market norms, I am to be paid 1% commission, which amounts to Rs.3 Lakhs.
Now that the transaction is over, he has received his money, he refuses to make my payment in full, he has paid me only Rs. 50 k, and there is no response for the balance payment. Please help.
