With due honour this is to inform you that I have purchased the above mentioned 3Redeemable Cumulative Preference Share Certificates of each Rs.500.00 ( 130 N0s) and each Rs.1000.00 ( 35 Nos.) and total amount paid up Rs.100000.00 for total 165 nos.of Redeemable cumulative preference Shares from your authorized broker / Agent ( Sub Agent Sri Debasis Bhattacharyya).
After a few years he stopped the assured monthly interest since 12/12/2015 and denied payment of Redemption value of Rs. 1 Lac. .
Now , please arrange to pay the Redemption value of Rs.100000.00 at the earliest to avoid any future discrepancies and to avoid any legal action.
