non pay ment of hotel booking cancellation

i have booked a hotel at mussorie through hotel pushpak.com,bhubneshwar.my booking no is-hpr-1211-1879-234350 dt-16/11/2012 but i have cancelled that booking on-07/12/2012.now they are denying to refund amounting to Rs.1425.
