i,anil tamang.i am working with hdfc life since 2008 .i am working in the capacity of insurance agent .now i want to leave this company and join LIC as sales manager but hdfc life is not issuing me noc .i have undergone formalities many times.the reason is i have some customers who are in armed force and they left gangtok without informing me .as per formalities i have to submit mobile no of all customer to company but due to above mentioned problems i am unable to submit mb no of some customers.it is not within my means to submit the mb no of all customers to hdfc life .but this company is never prepared to issue me noc but giving me a lot of tensions and misery .
my family financial condition is very weak .i am not able to start working as sales manager with LIC
i have a serious request to IRDA to kindly issue an order to HDFC LIFE asking them to immediately issue me NOC
