Non installation of washing machine even after 5 days

Dear Sir,
We bought a automatic washing machine from Easy Day on 15th aug. we got the delivery on 16th against which our old washing machine was taken ( Bill no 400610 15/08/12)
We have been following from past 5 days for for getting it installed. We have been following up with the retail company, Electrolux service centre and also with Global Refrigeration.
With Global refrigeration I was assured that the installation will be done the next day but it didnt happen. Now the concern person is not even taking my phone calls. I have been following on the following nos9870069090, 022 39308952
I am fed up with the follow up and I am instructing easy Day to take back the machine. I am going ahead with some other brand. If this is the kind of service I am going to get I am not interested in your washing machine
