sir,
in the reference of above subject it is to inform you that i had made complain about non receipt of mobile model no GD 218 due to non availability of parts as stated by raj digital, ranchi authorised service centre. yersterday i visited to Raj Digital and i got my mobile GD 218 but it does not start there. person from service centre told me that since battery is not charged hence it is not responsing. Charge the battery and it will start working. on there request i signed on delivery challan and took my mobile with me. but when i charged my mobile and tries to start it , it does not respond. Again in today morning i visited to the Raj Digital and told that my mobile is not responding they told to wait for engineer. When engineer came he told that i will check for it and given me manual receipt acknowledgement whose copy is enclosed. The lady in reception told me that i have done a great mistake by purchasing the beetel mobile. They told that you have to visit number of times to repair this mobile. Beetel is renowned company and its name and fame is in whole india.
Hence, kindly take proper action against my complain so that i can get my mobile form the authorised service centre.
I have also submitted GD418 mobile of same problem whose call id is RDO-BM-12-0050970-DW deposited date is 18/09/2012.
