i purchased blackberry 8520 9 months back and within this 9 months the phone has completely stopped functioning 4 times. 3 times they formatted and reloaded software at garia service centre and once they sent the mobile to bangalore for about 10 days. everytime it becomes a mental trauma as i gifted this phone to my husband who is a doctor and whenever there is problem there is trouble on his part and his patients too. then every time all the saved numbers and pictures gets deleted. i found on internet and many of my known people who are using this handset have similar problems. i asked earlier to change the mobile but they refused, now i need your help and i want refund of my money as today again the phone has stopped working 5th time in past 9 months. i purchased it for 9700 rupees.
