This complain is regarding the order delivery of a combo t-shirt order number 130717991919969, one of which is not fitting me well. I called up the customer care (Pushpa) and her supervisor Ankush Singh for exchanging it and getting me a smaller size to which they refused giving me flimsy excuses. It still remains that are they are not credible enough to stand up to their tall claims of exchange. They are not capable enough to be able to handle and resolve customer issues the way they are suppose to be. It only seems that they are only deluding customers into getting their money stuck.
Even there is no mention of anything clearly about not exchanging a product that is not listed in the Jabong partner exchange, the list of which is not displayed anywhere for clarity. This clearly shows that Jabong is deluding customers about return and exchange that is only possible as per the so called policy.It talks nothing about exchange of goods.
None of this is mentioned clearly in detail then why should I be the one bearing the brunt of it all. It is not about money back or money credited into Jabong account it is all about manipulative means that is being used by this online retail store that is forcing its goods on customers. Once you buy anything from there even if it is not appropriate you will be stuck with it as the money will be credited in your login id of JABONG. It is wrong and unjust to anyone who thinks online shopping is a pleasurable experience, I will say at least not with JABONG.
