I had gone to withdraw Rs. 20,000/- cash from ICICI ATM located at Kandivli East at 10 pm on 26th June 2012. Though my ATM Card and receipt of the transaction came out of the machine, cash did not get disbursed. There was no security guard in sight to report this incident immediately. I complained to Bank by Internet Banking on 27th June 2012 and was given a service request number. I was informed on 28th June 2012 that the transaction cannot be reversed and credit cannot be given to my account as the records show that the transaction was showed successful.
I m extremely shocked at this response and treatment provided to a customer associated with ICICI for over 8 years.
I want to know where did the money go and it appears that there is some serious manipulation in the machine or at the branch.
