Dear Sir,
I booked order at online shoping www.timtara.com for purchase of 1xMicromax X222 Mobile phone vide Timtara order No. #10267552 on 06/06/2012. As per the order terms, i get my product within 10-12 working days. But after waiting a month time I followup on customer care number of TImtara on 0135-3051500 and 0135-6670700. Every time we got the response that we will get the product in two days. After a waiting for one month 15 days I request to Timtara to cancel my order and refund my money on 19/07/2012 and they response that I getback my reund money in 7 working days. Today is 5th of August and still I am not getting refund amount against the cancellation of ORDER. SIR, I feel that there is definetely cheat and frud by Timtara and I lodg my complain for some serious action and get my and all whom effected by timatara.
