dear sir,
i recently purchased a digital thermometer from Homeopathic shop in
Pilanji near Sarojni nagar New delhi 23. while i wanted it some repute ,,say of Dr
Reddy etc which costed around 180 . i was forced to purchase it of ur brand name
that too for 190 .i was told that tthe brand is quite dependable and would get
replaced if prematurely got defective. just after a single use it got defective
obviously due to pre existing defective cell/battery etc. i went to shop for
replacement but was told to come after few days as the proprietor was away for
some days. in the process i purposely went after around twenty days but i was
asked to pay further hundred rupees for getting another one…that too without
any guarantee. i would accordinly question the authenticity of the brand name and
that of the shopkeeper …with whom i had such good relations,previously.through
consumer court etc.

hope u can explain ur irresponsible attitude and bother to replace it at his shop.
