non delivery,harassment,mental torture

I’ve placed an Order #10283832 “Samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100” with ‘timtara.com’ on july 6th 2012 and paid rs16990/- they’ve promised that the maximum delivery time is ‘3 weeks’ that is before 27th july 2012 .
Then I’ve called them the next day and every day since then, to talk about my product but everytime they say that they’ll forward the complaint the required department and someone will call back or send an e-mail within 48hours. I’ve been repeatedly said this same line for the past two weeks. They repeatedly disconnect the call and won’t attend the call for next 10 minutes. I’ve almost spent 1 hour every day in trying to talk with them.
Today(24/07/12) when I’ve called them and asked about the delivery of my product they said that as the delivery time is 3 weeks excluding ‘Saturday and Sunday’ so it will be shipped only by next month. That is they mean 1week=7days excluding Saturday and Sunday, ie around 5weeks in the calander. I’m very much hurt by their words and am mentally tormented and they immediately disconnected my call.
Then now they’ve blocked my number 8925522824 from calling them. But I’ve called them from another number 9043776311 and enquired about the same. The staff named pradeep and sushanth talked first Mr. pradeep talked and he repeatedly said what I’m saying to him and harassed me; he then disconnected the call then sushanth attended and harassed me by talking angrily and threatened me with his words. Then again I called talked with miss imani, she said that all senior people are busy and asked me to call afterwards but I managed to make her connect me to a senior person Mr .ravi, but I’ve been put in hold for about half an hour which was mentally tormenting. Then he said he’ll forward the complaint again to another senior person and the respective team will contact me before Friday (27/07/12) about the complaint, and he said that he can’t confirm anything for certain.
I’m very much saddened and am left without hope of getting my product.

I’ve lost almost rs300/- talking with the customer care helpline 0135-3051500 and spent almost an hour every day from 7th July 2012 till today 24th July 2012 where every time I was made to face the mental harassment by the people on the other end of the phone and intentional disconnection of call when I asked information. And mostly they’ll say we’ll take action, we’ll escalate the situation, we’ll forward the complaint, and we’ll get back to you in 48hours and finally will say we cannot guarantee anything!
I’m a student studying engineering and my study time and college studies are seriously affected for the past two weeks and me seriously affected by the mental illness imparted by them.
I’m lost my health and my nutrition due to the hefty charges I’ve been made to pay for talking with them.
