Non-delivery of Shipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

A parcel was booked with Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd. from Delhi with AWB No. 491706260 on 8-Mar-’16 to be delivered at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The parcel was not delivered till date. On contacting Ahmedabad office of Trackon Courier, I came to know that parcel was returned to Delhi on 17-Mar-’16 on the ground of ‘No Service’. The online tracking on the website indicates that the parcel arrived in Ahmedabad on 9-Mar. But, no one tried to deliver it till date nor contacted us for the delivery. How the parcel can be returned after 10 days without confirming with either sender or receiver? The parcel is still not traceable. Who will pay the loss incurred due to delay in parcel? Request you to take up with Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd. and take appropriate action. Also, pls help me in getting the parcel immediately.

    A parcel was booked with DTDC COURIER (WITH DOCKET NO Z43447640 ) FROM Pinjore to Delhi almost 1 year, but still parcel not deliver till date. I have follow-up several times by mail & phone but still problem has not solved.
    Please look the matter on urgent basis.
