I have ordered i-ball Q700 mobile on 22nd October 2014 with online payment (paisapay id- 37686814824)through ebay. They send the consignment via Blue Dart AWB no-69115377203 and the delivery date was of 30 October 2014. I did not receive the same till now.
I change my address to a new one i.e. WZ 20 Naraina Village to WZ 583 A Naraina Village on 1 November 2014. on 3rd November 2014 i received a call from Blue dart delivery boy that he has reached the said adress WZ 20 Naraina Village and send some one to receive the consignment. But that delivery boy did not wait and left away.
I contact Mr. Lalit (Mob-9718480940) of blue dart, he said that I have to update my adress to ebay then only he will deliver the consignment. I contact the ebay customer care and after so many waiting time fortunatley i able to contact them but they said that it is the responsibility of blue dart to deliver the consignment and they have no role to play in this. Infact blue dart should deliver the product to you by showing proof of your identity. 15 days have been passed so far but i am unable to receive my consignement.
I am so much harassed by these both the companies i.e ebay and blue dart and i have just tired by calling them and my money is wasting in calling them.
kindly look into the matter to resolve this or guide them to pay back my money or else delliver the consignement.
