Non Delivery of Parcel

I have couriered two shipments from Hyderabad to Pune.

We booked that parcels on 16th July & 18th July respectively but still no delivery even after 15 days.On the tracking it is showing that long before it reached pune.

We are very much disappointed by the way of delivery from their pune office.

I have called so many times to their Pune office and everyday they are committing that Today we will deliver but at the end no delivery.Like that they did for 4 times.

What should i do. very much frustrated.

Also there is no one point contact number where you can complain. Only email id of PUNE office available so they never bothered about all the complains.

Please do some needful.
