Non Delivery of ubislate7ci

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Kokrajhar/ASSAM&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Watawind/ubislate7ci</p>Respected Sir, I booked ubislate7c+ from their company webside on 30th January bearing ID PMB4EC8427F. I send advanced payment for it on 1st Feb/2012 through DD Of SBI , Basugaon Branch. Datawind gave many false promise of delivery of tab. On sep/2012 they I upgraded it to ubislate7ci for extra rs 500 case on delivery. Datawind is cheating me for last one year. Pls take the matter seriousely and take necessary action so that i can able to get my tab within very short time.
