NON DELIVERY OF UBISLATE BY DATAWIND, NO REFUNDS TOO!

Location/place: Bathinda ,Punjab

Name of company/service: DataWind

1.I have booked tablet called through the official site of ‘Aakash’ tablet www.akashtablet.com in the month of April 24. My booking ID is PMAC2A6. Then i followed up on 30th june about the delivery status, in reply to it, supportin@datawind said that the delivery would be made in july 1.
But I didn’t get reply from company.
2.I gave the advance payment by cheque (Cheque No.15130),ICICI Bank ,Dated 24th April ,amount Rs.2999/- .
3.The Cheque has been cashed on 4th May.
4.Then there was a long silence from Datawind innovation Pvt Ltd. And the i followed up again and again but there is no reply.
5.They also not taking back my money.
6.Now I want my money back with compensation of Rs.4000 for mental harrasment.

    Dear user
    data wind is the scandal, they have eatan crores of rupees in the name of advance payment. i am also the one of customer who made the payment in advance in feb2012 for early delivery but till today i am waiting and waiting and getting the fake reply from datawind.
