Non Delivery of the product and very bad response

I have placed on order on www.kaunsa.com for a mobile (Sony Ericssion Xperia Pro) for the sum of rupees (12,474/-) on 15-July-2013

Till date the order is not delivered and very bad response from the customer care line (120-4835000)
