Name of company/service: TIMTARA online shopping
I have placed an order for a Casio watch on 18th june 2012.Order no. 10290854. The payment for the same was made online via my credit card for the sum of Rs7596. The payment was confirmed on 21st of june.
I have logged several complaints to the customer care of the portal also but they didnt provide any details. All they say is product has not been shipped, will be shipped in 15-20 days.
it has already been more than 20 days and no response is received from their end.
Kindly look into the monopoly being exercised by such firms
