Name of company/service: Non Delivery of Akash Tablet for four months after advance payment
My name is Mikul Kalita, I have prebook Datawind’s Ubislate 7 also known as AKASH TABLET in the month january 2012 and send advance payment in the month of February 2012 (DD no. 720731 of United Bank of India , Boko Branch on 8/2/12 and send through speed post). But till today I have not got my product. Every time I call to their Customer service no., they reply me that I will get my tablet within ten to fifteen days. When I send them an email, they don’t reply me at all. Till today I have send more than 50 mails to their mail id, but no response was given. Please help me how to solve this problem and how can I get my tablet.
