Sir,
I had sent a speedpost EP117149905IN to Italy on 6/6/12 through Hoshiarpur Head Post Office,which is still not reached, time period for the whole process is 10 days but it took 24 days after complaining to the post office they did not give me satisfactory answer.Please help me sir.
