I recharged from this site freecharge.in twice .On every recharge they offer free coupons on a handling charge of Rs10. First time they delivered my coupons just one day before their expiry date and this time when i recharged on 26th july’12 , I still haven’t got my coupons even after 7working days which they say they take for delivering the coupons
