Non delivery of products

Name of company/service: Flipkart

This is to bring attention to flipkart about their terrible and irresponsible customer care & support service. This is in regards to the following orders: OD30623052778, OD30623092699, OD30623082687, OD30615053107.
Firstly, it is very sad that the information given to me in the email and the customer care was all fake.
Flipkart failed to deliver on time for all the orders and when I contacted the support they said it is all due to the courier company. I contacted the courier FedEx and got to know that they have not reecived the shipment from flipkart. I sent the email conversation with the fedEx representative to flipkart support but then again I was promissed that flipkart will deliver it anyhow by 27th June and after that I contacted again and asked for the reason for the delay, since then I have not received any response.
I contacted the customer care talked to Shareef and then some senior executive named Shankar and Shankar convinced me that he will make sure that the orders will be shipped again with a different courier company and just after half an hour I got emails from flipkart telling about the unabllity to deliver the products. It is pathetic and very irresponsible. This is cheating. I have been given false information continuosly by the customer care and the email support. I asked Shankar to put a special note that I don’t want a refund but I want these products to be delivered and he assured me of that but just for completeing the call it seems.

It happened with my previous order which was a GIFT which offcourse never delivered and returned after a week and refunded after 10 days of return. all in all were you playing with the money for 15 days??
It is very sad that a company of such a good reputation is treating their customer in this manner.
It is a shame for flipkart.
