I have placed an online order bearing No. OD30531031446 at Flipkart.com on 03.07.2013. Till date the product is yet to be delivered.
The product was purportedly dispatched via Bluedart vide Tracking No. Waybill No : 43514153141; and Reference No : 28949157.
I have taken up the matter with Flipkart, but till date they have not responded to my mail. Instead, they have forcefully generated a delivered status on my Flipkart account, showing the product as delivered. I have, many imes requested them to check the tracking no of the Blue dart but they have failed to respond favourable.
I wuld be grateful if you can take up the matter so that it is resolved at the earliest.
