An order was placed to purchase the product “TRIPLE ACTION HAIR TONIC PLUS” through online shopping from M/s Tradus.com under Order No.9363218 dated 06/06/2013, order status : Shipment Delivery, Courier Name : Aramex, AWB No.4364912473. The payment was sucessfuly made of the aforesaid product from my sbbj saving bank account using net banking facilities. But as per the email received by me in my mail ID, the company provided me the delivery details. But i have not received the product. I send so many mail to the company. In response of my mail, they said me to give them 48 hours to locate about the product and the stipulated period have already lapsed. But the company neither reply my mails nor send the product ordered till date. In this connection i request you to kindly lodge a complaint against the aforesaid company and take strong action to fraud and cheating me. Needless to mention here that the courier service (Aramex) replied me that the above AWB Number is “INVALID” hence they shows their inability to locate the produced ordered from Tradus.com
I have received so many messages on my mobile from the said company, but all in vein.
I, once again request you to kindly take strong action in this regard.
