I made an online purchase through timtara.com website for Samsung Home Theatre System HT-E453K, Order ID: 10386136 on January 18, 2013 for INR 13490/-. The same has not been delivered to me even after 1 month waiting. On seeing the status on-line it is always showing “Awaiting shipment”, During this period I made lots of calls to Timtara support and lodged lots of on line complaints but these guys responded very rarely and made fake assurance for delivering the product.
Please help me to get my ordred item or money back from Timtara.com
