NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

My self sushma thakur, having email id [email protected], phone no-7827899830. I had ordered fasttrack sunglases online on 10th of june 2010. What they had promised me that they will deliver my consignment within 8-10 business days. But when I did not receive my order even after 15 days. I had mailed them no of times. But they didn’t gave any prompt response from their side. After my continuation mail they had mailed regarding shipment of my order, but i didn’t get any clear status of my consignment then i tried a hard to contact the courier company but i failed . I mailed a lot to fasttrack regarding my consignment status even i demanded a lot for refund of my money but they didn’t reply even a single mail of mine. I am not able to contact them. I request you to please help me out of this. For your reference I am attaching confirmation of my order from fasttrack.
