I have booked Novatium PC through BSNL Scheme from Novatium Solutions Pvt. Ltd in the year july 2010 and I have paid for that Rs 3000/- vide their cash recipt No.5640 dt 16/07/2010. but the said company is not delevering the PC to me inspite of oral as well written request.
