non delivery of ordered products since 5 months 5

I am a doctor . I have ordered 2 products from www.thefragrance9.com on 22 august 2012 . I have deposited the money asked by one of the owners of the site Mr Pramod . He promised to send me the products { two perfumes } in a week . I didnt receive the products till date .
I have message like a 1000 times and called them . they say the refund has been done but it never showed in my account . Then again they say they sent me the product {they told this like a dozen times } and gave me false tracking number once . I cant wait any more time i litreallay am losing my patience . please get me my money back
