Non delivery of LPG gas since last month

Name of company/service: Vijay Gas Agency in Samaypur Badli

I have booked a LPG gas cylinder on 13/01/2011 vide my Consumer No-8797 to VIJAY GAS ,Samaypur personally visit at agency 2 times.I mentioned T.No. Of the agency 7857383 and 7854367.They always tell a excuse that your recepit is gone and u will get the cylinder within 2 days. Still I am looking for the resolution.
