I purchased a JAIPAN kettle on 10 September, 2012 online, which was supposed to be deliver within 7 days. I called them already for 4 times but all the times they are saying that we will try to deliver it as soon as possible.
When first time I called them they gave me Blue Dart(courier service) contact number, Blue Dart said me it was delayed due to some clearance reason with sales department, On 17 September I gain call them they promise me delivery within 48 hrs when again I called them on 22nd they said we are registering your complaint, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. When I asked them that I want to talk to senior they refused and said they will call, But they didn’t call.They also talk in very rough manner.
I already called them 4 times which cost me nearly Rs.100 and register complaint in their site.
