non delivery of item and non refund of money

I have purchased 01 bsnl penta tablet ws702c on 12.12.12 from timtara.com paying Rs. 7798/-. Order ID-10369294.
Till date it is not delivered. on 29.12.12 i talked with customer care executive regarding this. customer care fellow told me that the product already sold out and i have to opt for alternate product or money refund. as per his instruction i have given mail to customer.delight and m……a regarding my alternate option or if not possible money refund. I have mailed 04 times after that regarding this issue and called customer care several times but no information or confirmation came to me from timtara.com
Timtara.com is not bothered to give reply. Now i am in total dilemma whether i will get my alternate product or refund back my money. I am attaching order copy and one complaint copy for reference. Pls help me in this regard.
