Non Delivery of goods and no refund of price paid

I had ordered a 32″ LCD Akai TV via order number 10382643 on 8th of Jan ’13. The order was placed using my credit card for Rs. 14,500/- on the website- www.timtara.com.

We have been following up religiously with the call center and mail but unfortunately haven’t got any response since.The status of the order as per your website is still ‘Awaiting Shipment’.

Several mails have been exchanged with the team but they have all concluded in flase promises of order being made or refund processed in a week. Post which communication has not been responded to and representatives refuse to get managers on the phone for resolution. Mail sent to the CEO of the company too has not been responded back. The Credit Card company when contacted for claim confirmed that the merchant is not ageeing to pay back the money and hence the process of retreiving the money would take close to 120 days.
