   I am facing the same problem as Mr. Bibekananda Jena is facing. i am also the consumer of the Vignahar gas agency(Bharath gas) Koperkhairne.

   The problem is like there is a big communication gap between the dealer and the delivery boy. The dealer never know when the delivery boy will deliver the cylinder to any consumer. The delivery boys acts as an individual, and there is no monitoring system on the delivery boys. The delivery of the cylinder is purely depends on the mood of the delivery boy and the relation he maintains with the consumer. It doesn’t depend on the seniority in date of booking.

   I strictly suggest there should be a better Gas distribution management system at the distributor level and there should be a monitoring system on the delivery boys. And finally, there should be no communication gap between the distributor and the delivery boy.

   And the consumer should get a confirm date of delivery when giving a request for refill, one or two days delay in the delivery is understandable.
