On 27th May I purchased Rs. 70,000/- worth of furniture comprising of a T.V. wall unit, 4-seater dining table set and a sofa set with center table and side T.V. stand. I was informed that the T.V. wall unit and dining table set would be delivered within 15 days and the sofa set with center table would take 30 days. Till date I have only received the T.V. wall unit in good condition, the dining table set has an odd chair. I am yet to receive the sofa set. on inquiry I was repeatedly told that it was in transit from Mumbai warehouse. Then on 29th June I was told the delivery would take another one or two weeks. Since then there has been no communication. I am convinced I have been duped and cheated and request your help not only in getting justice but compensation for
the trauma and harassment I am facing.
