As per above details i booked a courier with prime track and after one week document is still undelivered due to out of service area. but related person is saying pay additional two hundred Rs. for delivery of document.
I asked clearly to the person who booked the courier that document will be delivered through DTDC only but they booked with Prime Track and now i am facing so many problems. due to this i got a loss of many lacs in my business.
The person who booked the consignment have to know about out of delivery area. customer is facing problem due to their fault.
you are requested to please take strong action against them so that they will be careful in future.
