non delivery of device and after that no refund of money requested

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kashipur (uttaranchal)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: datawind innovations pvt. ltd.</p>I have posted the demand draft no.002771 of bank of india of 2999 rs. for datawind innovations pvt. ltd. for the purchase of ubislate 7+ dated 25-06-2012 ,my booking id PM31F1D, and I got confirmation mail that I would get my device in September, 2012 and its April, 2013 , I didn”t get my device , so with feeling so much inconvenience …… I want my money 2,999 rs. back ….I mailed them to refund my money but they didn”t respond……and its my humble request to you to refund my money please.
