non delivery of courior

Location/place: anand(gujarat)

Name of company/service: trivedi enterprise

i sent a courior from Franchise of Trivedi Enterprises,Anand, Gujarat on 30-07-2012 with slip no- 5450 to gurgaon
They promised me to deliver it the next day to gurgaon. Now four days have passed,neither the Rakhi is being recieved at Gurgaon,nor are they giving any valid reply regarding non delivery.It is causing a lot of mental tgension to me.kindly take necessary actions.(dated 03-08-2012)
